BE IT KNOWN, that whereas , a zoning ordinance has , 9 J heretofore been enacted and ordained for the regulation of size , location and use of buildings and open space,,, --,: r-' and the density of population within the City of Zephyrh lls . CO and, WHEREAS, the expense associated with request for zoning CO changes , variances and special exceptions requires expenditure of advertising notice and other attendant fees , and -� WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that those ' - `7 citizens making application should bear a portion of- those - a a ,_ expenses . 111 �u. NOW, THEREFORE , be it enacted and ordained by the ,City , E `✓- y , _ -r ,. _ Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida: . . 1 . Section XIV- -ADMINISTRATION, paragraph six, sub- section B , shall be amended by deleting the provision contained therein in its entirety, and inserting in its 'place and stead the following: (b) Application must be accompanied by a filing fee as determined by the following : (i) Application for rezoning of each 'Y. contiguous parcel- -$100 . Co; Y (ii) Application for a variance as �, referenced in Section XIV, paragraph --, five--$25 . _ —/ - (iii) Application for a special exception. , as referenced in Section XIV, paragraph four- -$25 . ' 2 . This ordinance shall cancel and repeal any provision of any ordinance inconsistent herewith. 3 .
