234 for serviceby firms , partnerships , associations and ' corpora- tions shall be tendered only by their duly authorized agents , and the official title of such parties shall be assigned to the application. (Ord. No . _ 274 , Par. 3 , 9/29/77) . 2 . Section 26 of said referenced Ordinance shall be - amended by deleting said Section in its entirety and hereafter shall read as follows : • = "SECTION 26 . WATER INSTALLATIONS AND CONNECTIONS AND CHARGES FOR SAME. (a) Before any building of property shall hereafter be, : connected to the water system of the City of Zephyrhills , the City shall be paid for proper water meter at cost to City. (At cost to City" means that the City will furnish said installa- tions and pay for same at current market price , and that the user will be charged for the item or items at the actual cost to the City together with connection fees and any additional costs incurred by the City.) Said sums shall become the property of the City of Zephyrhills absolutely in payment for said 'items - ` and services . (b) Charge for Turning Water on or off: - When it shall become necessary for a user to have his water turned ori or off, the normal charge for such service shall be $10 . 00 or such other charge as the City Council may from time to time set ; provided, however, that service can be effected during the normal working hours of the City employees ; if a user shall request that the water be turned on or off at any time other than the normal working hours of City employees , the charge shall be $20 . 00 for turning the water on or off, or such other charge as the City Council may from time to time establish. 3 . This Ordinance shall become effective when signed by the Mayor after publication and notice as provided by law. The foregoing Ordinance No . 323 was read and passed on its first reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyr- hills , Florida, on the 14th day of September , 1981 . ( O. R. 1155 PG . 1573
