That it is hereby deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Zephyrhills that the lands above-described be annexed to and become a part of the City of Zephyrhills . That upon adoption of this ordinance the boundary lines of the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills shall be redefined so as to include the real property described above . 3 .
