271 <br /> All reimbursement shall be upon the dollar amount <br /> per gallon as stated herein unless otherwise approved by <br /> the City based upon construction costs or such other factors <br /> as the City shall deem to be reasonable and necessary elements <br /> for- consideration. <br /> II . Section 19-3 . APPLICATION FOR SERVICE, shall be <br /> deleted in full and shall hereafter read as follows : <br /> No person shall use the City water and/or sewer system <br /> CO without first making written application for such service <br /> CO to the City at least fourteen working days in case of initial <br /> 00 cut-in before the service is desired, paying all costs ; charges , <br /> fees , and deposit incident thereto . Such application <br /> shall be on forms furnished by the City and such applicant <br /> shall agree by acceptance of such service to abide by all the <br /> provisions of this chapter and such applicable rules of the City <br /> in regard to the use of its water, sewer , and sewage disposal <br /> system as may from time to time be operative and effective. <br /> All such applications shall be accompanied by a sum equal to <br /> $2. 00 per gallon as a sewer tie-in charge which amount shall 'be <br /> for the purpose of future sewer plant expansion and sewer line <br /> extension and the sum of $L . 00 per gallon as a water _Qnnection_ <br /> fee plus actual cost of water meter.
