OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF STATE . WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 . 044 does provide a procedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the CO corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed CO to said City upon Petition of said owner and the adoption of CO an ordinance annexing same , and C:C • WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the • lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, . THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, as follows : 1 .
