S. Highway 301, LESS AND EXCEPT the South 210 . 0 feet thereof. Containing 0 . 90 acres , M.O. L. As to David Tyre, Jr. : The West Z of the East z and East Z of the West Z of Tracks 55 and 58 , Zephyrhills , Colony Company Lands , as recorded in Plat Book 1 , Page 55 , Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, ' and lying in Section 2 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East. - 2 . That it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Zephyrhills that the lands ..above-described' be annexed to and become a part of the City of Zephyrhills . ' - That upon adoption of this ordinance the boundary lines of the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills shall be. redefined so as to include the real property described above. 3. That the annexed property as to the property of Arthur- O. Young- shall- be zoned Commercial , - and the -an-- - _ nexed property as to David Tyre, Jr. shall be zoned R-1 , in keeping, with the surrounding lands and with the patterns established by the Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance . 4. That this ordinance shall be published for four consecutive weeks and that proof of the publication of this ordinance be filed herein prior to final hearing of this ordinance. 5 . That upon the filing of proof of publication and final adoption of this ordinance , a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State , Tallahassee, Florida.
