The following terms and <br /> phrases , when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings <br /> ascribed to them by this section: <br /> BUSINESS: A commercial or industrial establishment <br /> or enterprise except mobile home parks . <br /> ? DWELLING UNIT: . Any place where persons live and <br /> resideand where the usual housekeeping tasks are performed. <br /> For the purpose of this chapter, mobile home and/or travel <br /> trailer parks shall be regulated under the rate schedule for <br /> dumpsters when dumpsters are used for collection and storage of <br /> garbage debris . Furthermore, said dumpster rates shall apply <br /> when owners of stated uses collect and deposit garbage debris in <br /> dumpster (s) . If the city assumes the responsibility of collecting <br /> garbage from individual lots , then each lot shall be charged accord- <br /> ing to rates for single-family dwellings . <br /> GARBAGE : Every residence, restaurant, kitchen, store <br /> or factory accumulation of animal, fruit or vegetable matter , liquid <br /> or otherwise that attends the preparation, use or cooking, dealing <br /> in or storage of meats , fish, fowl, fruit 'or vegetables , and any <br /> bottles , cans or other containers which, due to their ability to <br /> retain water, may serve as breedingplaces for mosquitoes or other <br /> water-breeding insects .
