t3 (3 <br /> Minimum, per month $ 1 50 <br /> Each additional occupant in common <br /> building, per month 0 25 <br /> (7) There shall be a charge of twenty-five cents <br /> ($0 . 25) per lot per month for trash removal <br /> from mobile home and/or travel trailer parks . <br /> The number of lots to be assessed is the total , <br /> lots located within a park. <br /> (8) Should the trash removal from any of the afore- <br /> mentioned three (3) locations exceed one truck <br /> load (twelve-foot by eight-foot truck bed) in <br /> any two-week period of time, an additional <br /> charge of five dollars ($5 . 00) shall be made <br /> for any such additional load or portion thereof. <br /> (d) Multiple businesses in same building. In the <br /> event that more than one business establishment is contained in <br /> a common building, the owner of the building, at his option, <br /> may provide for a single place of deposit for the garbage of all <br /> such occupants of that building and be billed for garbage . <br /> collections by paying one minimum charge of five dollars ($5 . 00) <br /> per month and whatever additional charge provided for in this <br /> section. This charge shall be in lieu of the minimum charge <br /> being paid by each occupant of such common building, plus any <br /> overcharge , as is provided in this section. Nothing contained <br /> in this section shall prohibit the city council from designating a <br /> different type of garbage container than that presently in use <br /> and setting charge accordingly, as provided by subsection (b) <br /> of this section. <br /> (e) Effective time. The rate schedules provided in <br /> subsections (a) and (b) of this section shall remain in effect <br /> until changed by the city council. A public hearing shall be <br /> had by the city council regarding any change in such rate schedule , <br /> and notice of such public hearing shall be duly published at <br /> least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of such public hearing. <br /> SECTION 5 . BILLING; PAYMENT; DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS. <br /> (a) The monthly charge provided for in subsections <br /> (a) and (b) of Section 4, shall be billed on -month:lY , statements , <br /> issued by the City, for water services ; but such garbage and <br /> trash collection shall be itemized separately on such statement . <br /> 10.
