337 Amending Sec. 19-35 of City Code connection fees amd base fee for water and sewer use

• 302 shall agree by acceptance of such service to abide by all the provisions of this chapter and such applicable rules of the City in regard to the use of its water , • sewer, and sewage disposal system as may from time to time be operative and effective. All such applications shall be accompanied by a sum equal to $2. 00 per gallon as a sewer tie-in charge which amount shall be for the purpose of future sewer plant expansion and sewer line extension and the sum of $ 1.. 00 per gallon as a water impact fee plus actual costs of water meter. The number of gallons shall be determined. as , per a "Table" which shall be adopted by the City by resolu- tion and as may be amended from time to time , 'which Table shall establish the gallons per day of use according; to the type of establishment to be serviced. Applications for service by firms , partnerships , associations , and corpora- tions shall be tendered only by their duly authorized agents and the official title of such- party shall be assigned to the application. • III . Section 19-35 (5) , SERVICE FEE, shall be deleted in its entirety and shall hereafter read as follows : (5) BASE RATE: There shall be a One Dollar base . . .. . fee per user of water and a One Dollar base fee per user of sewer per lot per month if such lot is inside the City and One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1 . 50) per user of water and One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1 . 50) per user of sewer if such lot is outside the City during the period service is active (lot shall also include each individual lot in mobile home parks , each individual unit of a motel , hotel or apartment) .
