WHEREAS, PASCO COUNTY , FLORIDA, is the owner of the real property hereinafter described in Section 1 and has consented to the annexation of the land hereinafter described by the City of Zephyrhills ; and WHEREAS, such annexations are authorized by Florida 5 .
