5 . Bus and Trucking Terminals : There shall be <br /> provided sufficient space to accommodate the <br /> maximum number of buses or trucks to be stored <br /> or to be loaded at the terminal at any one <br /> time . <br /> 6. Location of Off-Street Loading Spaces : All <br /> required off-street loading spaces shall be <br /> locatedonthe same parcel as the building( s ) <br /> or complex which they are intended to serve, or <br /> on an, adjacent parcel when shared with the <br /> adjacent use . T J <br /> 7. Permanent Reservation : Areas reserved - for <br /> off-street loading in accordance with the <br /> requirements of this section- shall- 'n'ot be <br /> reduced in area or changed to any other use_ . . <br /> _- <br /> unless <br /> unless the permitted use which is served is <br /> discontinued or modified so that the. space is ; <br /> not required, unless equivalent loading space <br /> is provided elsewhere in accordance wi"th,-,thes•e <br /> regulations and as approved by the building- <br /> official . <br /> J '•IG <br /> 6 . ACCESS TO STREETS : In accordance with the standards <br /> contained in the Florida "Manual of Uniform Minimum Standards --- <br /> for <br /> -for Design , Construction and Maintenance for Streets and <br /> Highways" parking lot access points shall , where possible,-'Ls <br /> comply with the following minimum requirements . <br /> A. A distance of 150 feet shall separate each - <br /> driveway or parking, lot entrance or exit from <br /> any adjacent driveway or parking lot entrance <br /> or exit and any street intersection . <br /> B. No parking lot or driveway shall be designed to <br /> permit vehicles to back Into or onto any street <br /> designated as a collector or arterial street or <br /> highway. ' <br /> C. Acceleration , Deceleration , and Storage Lanes <br /> may be required for any access pointWherethe <br /> number of vehicles turning per hour As <br /> estimated to exceed thirty ( 30) per hour. <br /> 7 . CURBING : All parkinglots s.ha.11...have a curb on each <br /> side that fronts a building , structure, sidewalk, or ' <br /> retention pond. All curbing must be at least six inches in <br /> hei-gfit and may be continuous poured-concrete;asphal-t , <br /> concrete curb stops, or pressure treated timber . All curbs <br /> shall be located to comply with the minimum set backs listed <br /> in section 3. All unpaved lots shall have a curb stop for <br /> each space . <br /> 8. FIRE LANES : Where appropriate , parking lots shall <br /> be designed to include fire lanes required by the Fire <br /> Codes . <br /> O. R. 133;1'_ PG' 0277 <br />
