That the following parcel of real property be annexed <br /> to the City of Zephyrhills pursuant to petition filed by the <br /> owner of said lands and approved by the City Council of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills , said real estate and owners of same being as <br /> follows : <br /> _ EUGENE C.
