!LL ;f 106 2 . That it is , hereby, deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Zephyrhills that the lands., above described, be annexed to and become a part of- the City of Zephyrhills . That upon adoption of this ordinance; the boundary lines of the corporate limits of the City ' of Zephyrhills shall be redefined so as to include" the , real property described above. 3 . That this ordinance shall be published in the Zephyrhills News for four (4) consecutive weeks , and that proof of the publication of this Ordinance be filed herein prior to final reading of this Ordinance. 4. That upon the filing of Proof of Publication, - and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
