Recommendation for approval of subdivision <br /> plans and plats by the Commission shall not constitute or effect any <br /> acceptance of the dedication of any street or any other ground shown <br /> upon the plat. The authority to accept dedication of land }for whatso- <br /> ever purpose shall be exercised exclusively by the City Council to <br /> whom the dedication is deemed to be made. Such authority may not <br /> 0 <br /> be delegated. <br /> (15) Subdivision regulations; adoption and amendment. <br /> ect <br /> ect 1. The Planning Commission shall prepare and <br /> recommend to the City Council for adoption regulations governing <br /> the subdivision of land within the area. Before the adoption of <br /> subdivision regulations or_'any amendment thereto, the City Council <br /> shall hold a public hearing thereon, with due public notice. All <br /> proposed amendments to the subdivision regulations shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Commission for a report and its statement of recommen- <br /> dation of approval or disapproval and the reasons therefor. <br /> 2. Subdivision regulations prepared by the <br /> Commission and adopted by the City Council or any amendments to such <br /> subdivision regulations may provide regulatory measures to insure <br /> the achievement of those purposes and objectives set forth in <br /> Sec . 163.260. Such regulatory measures may also provide; <br /> aa. That the Planning Commission shall not <br /> propose approval of any subdivision plan <br /> and plat unless it finds after full consid- <br /> eration of all pertinent data that the sub- <br /> division can be served adequately and <br /> economically with such normal public facili- <br /> ties and services as are suitable in the <br /> circumstances of that particular case; <br /> bb.
