ENFORCEMENT. <br /> A. The Zephyrhills Building Inspector shall be in <br /> charge of sign inspection and shall issue or cause to be issued <br /> notices of correction to any person erecting, maintaining or <br /> permitting a sign in violation of this ordinance , provided, <br /> however, that non-conformance signs in existence on the date, <br /> this ordinance becomes law shall have until January 1,-1980 , , <br /> to comply with this ordinance. <br /> B . Any person who violates the provisions of this 4 ' <br /> ordinance_b_y_sign_installation or- maintenance-,---upon-a-*---f714-id---;- -,-- - <br /> ,`- <br /> ing of guilty shall be subjectto a fine of not more than <br /> Five Hundred Dollars ($500 .00) or a term of imprisonment not <br /> to exceed sixty days .
