It shall be the purpose of this ordinance <br /> to allow for the establishment of a dual meter system of metering <br /> water supplied to a person or business entity and to meter water <br /> consumed or otherwise used in such a manner that it does not enter <br /> V <br /> C°^ the sewer system for the purpose of determining the appropriate <br /> sewer charge. <br /> SECTION 2. Any individual person, firm, corporation . <br /> or business entity (hereinafter referred to as user) shall have <br /> the option to apply for billing pursuant to this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3 . Any user electing to use dual meters shall <br /> first file an application with the office of the City Manager which <br /> application shall contain the following: <br /> (a) Users name and mailing address. . <br /> h <br /> (b) Billing address if different from (a) m fes. <br /> (c) Location of structure or premises involvE`s <br /> ,•t -1 i sCo <br /> ; <br /> (d)• Purpose for requesting dual meters. s•_; <br /> tri O t:a '.° <br /> (e) Attach a plan schematic drawing or appro C) <br /> private sketch which shall with reasonable CO <br /> accuracy show all water flow routings low y <br /> cated on the premises involved together <br /> with proposed meter positions . <br /> (f) Number áf meters required. <br /> (g) Signature of applicant. <br /> 111 SECTION 4 . City Manager shall review the application, <br /> cause to be completed any inspection or inspections deemed to be <br /> necessary and recommend to the City Council approval or denial of <br /> the application. <br /> SECTION 5.
