WHEREAS , Florida Statute 171 . 044 does provide a procedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed UD to said City, upon Petition of said owner , and the adoption 0/ 0 of an ordinance annexing same , and CIC WHEREAS , a certain owner of real property of lands con- tiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills , and II WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL;'O THE/ CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, as follows : r;'t 1 .
