<br /> THAT WHEREAS, a zoning ordinance has heretofore been en-
<br /> acted and ordained for the regulation of size, location- and use
<br /> of buildings and open space and the density of population with- ,
<br /> in the City of Zephyrhills ; and WHEREAS , the present zoning or-
<br /> dinance is found to be obsolete with respect to some areas of
<br /> the city in that there has been a .change in the character of
<br /> some of the areas, and in fact some areas were erroneously placed
<br /> in improper zones when the present zoning ordinance was enacted;
<br /> and WHEREAS , the City Council has conducted numerous public hear-
<br /> ings , has given the matter much study, and has obtained the ser-
<br /> vices of a professional zoning and planning expert, and it' has ,
<br /> therefore after careful study and deliberation found that cer- '`
<br /> tain zoning changes are necessary and desirable , for the promo- '
<br /> tion and preservation of the health, safety, morals and/or the.;;'
<br /> general welfare of the City of Zephyrhills ; .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE C Y K ' �• —

<br /> Ordinance" of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida.
