Accessory buildings shall be placed in the side or rear <br /> yards , and shall meet all setback requirements . <br /> G. Buffers <br /> 1 . Buffers shall be provided by multi-family developers <br /> where said dwellings abut other zoning districts . <br /> 2. Developers of structures of 4 units or more shall pro- <br /> vide buffers to obscure parking and service areas . <br /> 3. Buffers shall be in the form of opaque walls , fences, or <br /> screen planting, and shall be a minimum of 6 feet tall. <br /> Landscape buffers shall be designed to be 75% or more <br /> opaque within 1 year after start of construction. <br /> H.
