<br /> 1 ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORPOR-
<br /> 1 ATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, UPON PETITION OF OWNER
<br /> OF SAID LANDS : PROVIDING FOR REDEFINING OF
<br /> BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE SAID
<br /> PROPERTY: PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF
<br /> SAID ORDINANCE, AFTER ADOPTION, FILING WITH THE
<br /> CTFRK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF'
<br /> STATE.
<br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 .044 does provide a procedure
<br /> whereby
<br /> whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the
<br /> corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed
<br /> In to said City upon Petition of said owner and the adoption of
<br /> (9 an ordinance annexing same , and
<br /> WHEREAS., a certain owner of real property of lands con-
<br /> tiguous to" the copporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills ,
<br /> has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the
<br /> City of Zephyrhills , and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has
<br /> deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands de-
<br /> scribed on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows:
<br /> 1. That the: following parcels of real property be annexed
<br /> to the City of Zephyrhills, pursuant to Petition filed by the
<br /> owner of said lands and approved by the City Council of the
<br /> City of ,Zephyrhills ,_ ,Florida, said real property and owner of
<br /> same being as follows:
<br /> That portion of Tracts 39 & 42, Zephyrhills Colony -
<br /> Company Lands , in Section 2, Township 26 South;" Range
<br /> 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, of the
<br /> Public Records -of Pasco County being described as
