CAB STANDS--BUS STANDS . No vehicle., . <br /> other than a licensed taxicab shall be parked in any area <br /> designated by ordinance as a cab stand; and no vehicle other <br /> than a bus shall be parked in a place so designated as a <br /> bus loading zone. <br /> SECTION 7 . PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br /> It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle on any private <br /> property without the consent of the owner of the property. <br /> SECTION 8 . SIGNS . The chief of police or any other <br /> person authorized by the mayor and council shall cause signs <br /> to be posted in all areas where parking is limited or prohibited, <br /> indicating such limitations or prohibitions . <br /> SECTION 9 . PARKING PROHIBITED IN SPACES DESIGNATED <br /> FOR DISABLED PERSONS . <br /> (a) It is unlawful for any person to park or leave <br /> standing any vehicle in a stall or space designated for <br /> physically handicapped persons , if immediately adjacent to <br /> and visible from such stall or space, there is posted a sign <br /> known as the international wheelchair symbol consisting of a <br /> profile view of a stylized wheelchair unless the driver of the <br /> car is disabled. <br /> (b) As used in this article, "disabled" means either <br /> having a physical condition- requiring the use of--a wheelchair, <br /> artificial limb, crutch, cane or walker, or having a physical <br /> disease making it difficult or impossible to walk more than <br /> twenty-five feet without shortness of breath or danger of . .
