^'Op 87 <br /> d, to jk ` <br /> ,,bORDINANCE NO. 302 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, <br /> ANNEXING A CERTAIN 'PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORPOR- <br /> ATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, UPON PETITION OF OWNER <br /> OF SAID LANDS : PROVIDING FOR REDEFINING OF <br /> BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE SAID <br /> PROPERTY: PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF <br /> III SAID ORDINANCE , AFTER ADOPTION, FILING WITH THE <br /> CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF <br /> STATE. <br /> WHEREAS , Florida Statute 171. 044 does provide a <br /> procedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous <br /> tothe corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be l <br /> al annexed to said City upon Petition of said owner and the <br /> LO <br /> Cr) adoption of an ordinance annexing same, and <br /> ocZ WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands <br /> LICE contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , <br /> has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the <br /> City of Zephyrhills , and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has <br /> III deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands <br /> described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate <br /> limits of the City of Zephyrhills , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF . <br /> THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, as follows : <br /> 1.
