That the City Council of the City of Zephyr- <br /> 01/41 hills does hereby expressly find that the procedures for adoption <br /> in of a comprehensive plan pursuant to the provisions of the Local <br /> (.9 Government Comprehensive Planning Act of 1975 , as amended, have <br /> been complied with, that it is in the best interests of the City <br /> to proceed with the adoption of such a plan, and that the Zephyr- <br /> hills Comprehensive Plan does comply with and include thos .'' i <br /> e'.
