The Chief of the concerned Department shall approve such application if he finds that: (1) The use of said alarm system to transmit a signal, message or warning toa designated City of Zephyrhills Police Department or Fire Department telephone line will not interfere with the orderly conductt- - _. of City business . (2) The person installing the system maintains anadequate service organization torepair, main- tain and otherwise service Telephonic Alarm Systems sold or leased by him. (3) The Police 'Chief':or Fire Chief may impose reasonable conditions on the exercise of said permit . 5 . The Chief of the concerned department, either police or fire, shall have a right to inspect any Telephonic Alarm System on the premises where it is intended to function prior to issuance of any permit for its operation and he may cause an inspection of such system to be made at any time after issuance of a permit to determine whether it is being used in conformity with the. terms of the permit and the pro- visions of this ordinance. 6 . Tt shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to .install , operate or maintain a Telephonic. Alarm ': System which automatically transmits a signal , message or .warn- ing ' to any City of Zephyrhills 'Police Department or Fire Depart- ment telephone line , except to such telephone number or numbers as designated by the__permi t issued under theprovisicips of this:, ordinance . 7 . The Chief of the concerned department may re- -yoke any permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance, after giving written notice and opportunity to the_ permit holder to be heard, if he determines that the Telephonic Alarm System installed pursuant to said permit hasbeen installed, maintained or operated in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, or of any term or condition of said permit .
