<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills sitting in regular session as follows :
<br /> 1 . Pursuant to Section 6 , subsections 4 and 5 ,
<br /> of the Zephyrhills Comprehensive Planning Ordinance pro-

<br /> LO viding for the rezoning of properties within the City of
