said dumpster rates shall apply when owners of stated uses <br /> collect and deposit garbage debris in dumpster(s) . If the city <br /> assumes the responsibility of collecting garbage from individual <br /> lots , then each lot shall be charged according to rates for <br /> single-family dwellings . <br /> Garbage : Every residence, restaurant, kitchen, store or <br /> factory accumulation of animal , fruit or vegetable matter, liquid <br /> or otherwise that attends the preparation, use or cooking, deal- <br /> ing in or storage of meats , fish, fowl , fruit or vegetables , and <br /> any bottles , cans or other containers which, due to their ability, <br /> to retain water, may serve as breeding places for mosquitoes or <br /> other water-breeding insects . Garbage products are also inclu- <br /> sive of paper boxes , paper products , tar paper, appliances , wire <br /> and other similar matter. <br /> Trash: Leaves , 5hrubbery, trimmings , tree trimmings , tree <br /> limbs , sweepings and all other accumulations of any nature other <br /> than garbage which are usual to housekeeping and to the operation <br /> of stores , offices and other places of business . Tree limbs shall <br /> not exceed six (6) feet in length, except that any such tree limbs <br /> having diameters of one (1) foot or more shall be cut in lengths <br /> not exceeding three (3) feet. <br /> Sec. 11-2 . Deposit on public right-of-way. <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit , discard, <br /> throw, place or pile any trash, litter of any type , paper, <br /> garbage, cans , cartons , bottles or other waste or discarded <br /> materials along any public street, sidewalk or right-of-way <br /> within the city limits ; however, materials left on property <br /> by the respective property owners for collection by the street <br /> and garbage department shall be excluded from the provisions <br /> hereof. <br /> Secs . 11-3-- 11-15 .
