5 <br /> ($250 . 00) shall have been deposited with the City Manager <br /> to insure the City against loss in cleaning the premises <br /> to be occupied and used by said entertainment . <br /> Before any permit shall be issued, the applicant shall <br /> IIIfirst present bona fide evidence of financial responsibility <br /> and insurance coverage acceptable to the City and compliance <br /> with the laws of the state . The said deposit shall be <br /> credited by the City Manager to the sanitary department of the <br /> City and so much of said deposit as shall be necessary to defray <br /> the expenses of cleaning said premises shall be retained by <br /> COCO the City and the balance thereof, if any, shall be returned to <br /> c the person depositing same . If the person shall clean said <br /> 00 <br /> Q premises in a manner satisfactory to the City, the manner of <br /> cleaning and the result thereof to be determined by said City, <br /> the entire deposit shall be returned by the City Manager. <br /> 7 . Revocation .of License . <br /> The right to revoke any license issued under the provisions <br /> of this chapter for cause is reserved to the City and said <br /> revocation shall be made at the direction of the City Council . <br /> 8 . Exemption from Provisions . <br /> The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the <br /> sale of farm products or dairy products grown or raised by the <br /> seller. The provisions of this chapter shall further not <br /> apply to any vehicles used by any person licensed under this <br /> chapter for the sale and delivery of tangible personal property <br /> on which a license is paid. Such vehicles shall not be con- <br /> ; strued to be separate places of business , and no licensemay be <br /> levied on such vehicles or the operators thereof as salesmen <br /> or otherwise . <br /> 9 . Delinquent License Taxes ; Failure to Obtain License . <br /> All licenses shall be sold by the City Manager beginning <br /> September each year and shall be due and payable on October 1 <br /> of each year and shall expire on September 30 of the succeeding <br /> OIL 1150PG 0118 <br />
