SECTION 3 : That Ordinance No. 171 , is further amended <br /> 'by the inclusion of an additional section of said ordinance, <br /> r <br /> which shall be known as Section 7A, and shall provide as follows : <br /> SECTION 7A. ZONE R-4 RESIDENTIAL - MULTIPLE FAMILY <br /> DWEL I G <br /> 1 . Uses. <br /> ill <br /> (a) Only Multiple Family Dwellings shall be per- <br /> mitted in a Residential R-4. <br /> 2. That no building permit shall be issued for con- <br /> struction in Residential R-4 Zone, until the plans <br /> for such construction shall be approved by the <br /> Building Inspector of the City of Zephyrhills. <br /> That said plans shall comply with the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance No. 210 of the City of Zephyrhills. <br /> 3.
