ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br /> SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 115, PERMIT- <br /> TING DANCING IN RESTAURANTS HAVING A <br /> MINIMUM OF TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED <br /> (2;500) SQUARE FEET OF SERVICE AREA, <br /> HOLDING A SRX LIQUOR LICENSE SERIES <br /> 5 C.O .P . <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR- <br /> HILLS, FLORIDA, as follows, to-wit : <br /> SECTION 1 : That section 3 of Ordinance No. 115, is hereby <br /> amended by the addition of the following sentence : <br /> " Provided, however, that this section shall not <br /> apply to any restuarant holding a SRX Liquor <br /> License, series 5 C .O.P . , a minimum of two <br /> thousand five hundred (2, 500) square feet of <br /> service area, and equipped to serve one hun- <br /> dred and fifty (150) persons full course meals <br /> at one time, and deriving at least fifty-one <br /> (51%) percent of its gross revenue from the <br /> sale of food and non-alcoholic beverages.
