WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 . 16 does provide a procedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, may be annexed to said City, upon Petition of said owners, and the adoption of an Ordinance annexing same, and WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contig- uous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills has, by Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands de- scribed on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, as follows : 1 .
