fC� <br /> 7 e <br /> C242/ <br /> r. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, PROHIBITING <br /> THE DUMPING OF GARBAGE AND WASTE MATERIAL, <br /> EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS AND CONTAINERS; / 1I' <br /> PROHIBITING NON-RESIDENCE FROM DUMPING ;; Z. f j.',a <br /> GARBAGE AND WASTE MATERIAL IN ANY AREA <br /> WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, g �` <br /> 2 it <br /> EXCEPT IN THE CITY DUMP; PROHIBITING � ' � 1 <br /> REMOVAL OF ANY MATERIALS CONSISTING OF ,;0 <br /> GARBAGE OR WASTE MATERIAL FROM THE CITY <br /> DUMP BY ANY PERSON AND PROVIDING FOR A <br /> PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : <br /> SECTION 1 : The dumping of garbage or waste material of <br /> any type within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, <br /> shall be at designated areas at the Municipal Dump or at a des- <br /> ignated area and in containers provided within the corporate <br /> limits of said City and at no other place. <br /> SECTION 2 : Non-Residents of the City of Zephyrhills <br /> shall dump their garbage and waste material only at the Munici- <br /> pal dump and at no other place. <br /> SECTION 3 : No person, persons, or organization, whatso- <br /> ever, shall remove from the Municipal dump, any item of material <br /> discarded at said dump. <br /> SECTION 4: Any person or persons found guilty of the <br /> violation of Sections 1 , 2, or 3, hereof, shall pay a fine of not <br /> more than five hundred ($500.00) dollars or spend sixty (60) days <br /> in jail ,at the discretion of the Municipal Judge. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance No. '139, was read and passed <br /> on its first reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyr- <br /> hills, Florida, on the X co day of A Vv r ' , 1974. <br /> ( te( : � P <br /> (9 <br /> President ofit City Council <br /> Attest : <br /> ;C ty Clerk ,// <br />
