'. to XV <br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 . 16 does provide a procedure <br /> whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, may be annexed to <br /> said City, upon Petition of said owners, and the adoption of an <br /> Ordinance annexing same, and <br /> WHEREAS, certain owners of real property of lands contig- <br /> uous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, has by <br /> Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of <br /> III Zephyrhills, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills had <br /> deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands de- <br /> scribed on said Petition be annexed withing the corporate limits <br /> of the City of Zephyrhills. , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Zephyrhills, as follows : <br /> 1 . That the following parcels of real property be annexed <br /> to the City of Zephyrhills, pursuant to Petitions filed by the <br /> owners of said lands and approved by the City Council of the City <br /> of Zephyrhills, said real property and owners of same being as <br /> follows : <br /> Begin at the SE corner of the.
