<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br /> OF. ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
<br /> ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORP-
<br /> ORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, AFTER SAID CITY HAS
<br /> ENACTED AN ORDINANCE DECLARING INTENTIONS OF
<br /> SUCH ANNEXATION AND PUBLISHED NOTICE THEREOF, AS
<br /> PROVIDED BY FLORIDA STATUTES 171 .04; PROVIDING
<br /> FOR REDEFINING OF BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO
<br /> INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLI-
<br /> CATION OF SAID ORDINANCE AND PROVIDING FOR THE
<br /> FILING OF SAID ORDINANCE AFTER ADOPTION WITH THE
<br /> CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND THE DEPARTMENT
<br /> OF STATE .

<br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statutes 171 .04 (1974) provides an
<br /> 1\ additional procedure for annexation when consent of property
<br />''''''i\i ..,,A owner of property to be annexed is not secured, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills did pursuant to Florida
<br /> Nk Statutes 171 .04 adopt an ordinance of intention to annex and
<br /> -i.S.
<br /> publish notice of said ordinance as required by said statutes,
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, the period of time for persons to object to
<br /> IIIsuch annexation expired on February 5, 1975, there being no
<br /> objection filed to such annexantion, - and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> Florida, has deemed to the best interest of said City, that the
<br /> lands described in said ordinance of intention be annexed within
<br /> the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS; FLORIDA, as follows :
<br /> 1 . That the following parcel of real property be annexed
<br /> to the City of Zephyrhills pursuant to ordinance of intention
<br /> heretofore adopted by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
<br /> said real property and owner of same being as follows :
<br /> Tracts 56 and 57, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, .,471
<br /> in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as
<br /> recorded in Plat Book 1 , page 55, of the Public Re-
<br /> cords of Pasco County, Florida, lying East of the
<br /> Right of" Way line of U.S. 301 and North of Right of
<br /> Way line of State Road 54, Less the North 200 feet (to
<br /> of the West 240 feet thereof and being further de- .
<br /> scribed as follows : Commencing at the Southwest
<br /> corner of the Northwest 1 /4 of Section 2, Township �u
<br /> 26 South, Range 21 East, in Pasco County, Florida, ."`
