UTERHARDT and LUBY UTERHARDT, his wife. 2. That it is, hereby, deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Zephyrhills that the lands, above described, be annexed to and become a part of the City of Zephyrhills. That upon adoption of this Ordinance, the boundary lines of the corp- orate limits of the City of Zephyrhills shall be redefined so as 111 to include the real property described above. 3. That this Ordinance shall be published in the Zephyr- hills News for four (4) consecutive weeks, and that proof of the publication of this Ordinance be filed herein prior to final read- ing of this Ordinance. 4. That upon the filing of Proof of Publication, and fi- nal adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
