<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
<br /> A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL
<br /> OF LAND TO THE CORPORATE . LIMITS OF SAID CITY, .UPON
<br /> PETITION OF OWNER OF SAID LAND; PROVIDING FOR RE-
<br /> DEFINING OF BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE
<br /> SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF
<br /> SAID ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING . FOR THE FILING OF
<br /> THE ORDINANCE, . AFTER ADOPTION, WITH THE CLERK OF
<br /> THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF STATE.
<br /> WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 .044 does provide a procedure
<br /> whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the
<br /> corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, may be annexed to
<br /> said City, upon Petition of said owner, and the adoption of an
<br /> 'ordinance annexing same, and
<br /> WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contig-
<br /> uous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills has, by
<br /> Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of
<br /> Zephyrhills, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has
<br /> lldeemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands de-
<br /> scribed on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits
<br /> of the City of Zephyrhills.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL .OF THE
<br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, as follows :
<br /> 1 . That the following parcel of real property be annexed
<br /> to the City of Zephyrhills, pursuant to Petition filled by the
<br /> owner of said lands and approved by the City Council of the City
<br /> of Zephyrhills, said real property and' owner of same being as
<br /> follows :
<br /> RECORD VERIFIED
<br /> Commence at a point where the Easterly right of
<br /> way line of U.S. Highway 301 intersects the North
<br /> boundary line of Tract 56, 'Zephyrhills Colony
<br /> Company lands, Section 2, Township 26 South, Range
<br /> 21 East, according to the map or plat thereof recorded .'Hr,
<br /> in Plat Book 1 , page 55, public records of PascoArj
<br /> County, Florida, for a point of beginning; thence
<br /> East along the North boundary of said Tract 56, a
<br /> distance of 240 feet, thence South, parallel to the
<br /> Easterly right of way line of U.S . Highway 301 , a
<br /> ry :5 U distance of 200 feet, thence West, parallel to the . ;2)
<br /> ra =-Y . 67j North line_ of said Tract 56, a distance of 240 feet,
<br /> more or less, to the Easterly right of way line of
<br /> U.S .414 Highway 301 , thence North along the Easterly
<br /> right of way line of U.S. Highway 301 , a distance of
<br /> C U 200 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
<br /> Subject to taxes for the year 1974 and to easements ,,
<br /> and restrictions of record, if any.
