ti Highway 54 East between U.S.-Highway 301 North, S.R. 39 and 16th Street Extension, Zephyrhills , Florida. and U. S. Highway 301 North, S.R. 39 from the present North city limits to Daughtry Road. 2. That it is , hereby deemed to be in the best inter- est of the City of Zephyrhills that the aforementioned road right-of-ways be annexed to and become a part of the-City of -- :- Zephyrhills. That upon adoption of this Ordinance, the boundary lines of the corporate limits of the City of .Zephyr- hills shall be redefined so as to include the said road `right- of-ways described above. 3 . That this Ordinance shall be published in the Tampa Tribune for four (4) consecutive weeks, and that proof of the publicationof this Ordinance be filed herein prior to final reading of this Ordinance. 4 . That upon the filing of Proof of Publication, and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be - filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
