South, Range 21 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 16, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida ; LESS the West 25.0 feet thereof for Right - of - Way of Twenty-third Street; containing 0.86 acres, more or less . and PARCEL 2 : The South 132.23 feet of the North 264.41 feet of Tracts 9, 10, 11 , 12 and 13, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, in Section 12, Township 26 South, Range 21 , East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 16, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida ; LESS the West 25.0 feet thereof for Right-of-way of Twenty-third Street. said lands being owned by ALPHA-PASCO CORPORATION, a Florida corporation . 2. That it is, hereby, deemed to be in the best in- terest of the City of Zephyrhills that the lands, above de- scribed, be annexed to and become a part of the City of Zephyr- hills. That upon adoption of this ordinance, the boundary lines of the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills shall be redefined so as to include the real property described above . 3. That this Ordinance shall be published in the Zephyrhills News for four (4) consecutive weeks, and that proof of the publication of this Ordinance be filed herein prior to final reading of this Ordinance. 4. That upon the filing of Proof of Publication, and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida .
