I <br /> , � , . i <br /> _ , i <br /> � <br /> Procedure for Lot Improvement Requests ' <br /> (Please refer to the "Rules and Regulations") Permit No�/ vo 6 � <br /> I <br /> ` All lot improvement requests must be submitted no tater than Wednesday by 2:00 to j <br /> be processed on the following committee meeting day. � <br /> 1.All requests are to be submitted in the Emerald pointe office or Chairman of the Lot Improvement I <br /> Committee.The Chairman or committee member will review the request, visit the site if necessary I <br /> to clarify improvements and will present it to the Lot fmprovement Committee for their review on a � <br /> weekly basis. <br /> 2.Any request which is NOT�Iled out properly,will be returned to the applicant without an action � <br /> being taken. � <br /> 3.After the Committee has recommended approval or denial of the request, it will be presented to the Board of � <br /> Directors for their approval or denial . Board will meet once a week fo�the lot improvement applications. <br /> 4.There will be NO one day approvals or last minute approvals. Request may take 7 to 14 days for <br /> appropriate review and consideration, ( If necessary)thus giving the Committee and Board members time to <br /> review and consider the request in a thorough manner. <br /> 5.The original request will be dated and signed as approved or denied, and after being copied the original will <br /> go into to the members file and the copy returned to the Lot owner by the Board of Director liaison or the <br /> Chairman of the committee. � <br /> i <br /> 6.The committee will follow up on requests to determine that the request as presented and approved is being � <br /> � <br />' adhered fo. ! <br /> 7Any permit wilf be ACCEPTED FOR APPROVAL between October 15 and March 31 of each year, � <br /> however, each owner must understand and know there must be enough members of the Committee to � <br /> review and recommend to the Board for their approvaL � <br /> 8.Any changes made on a previously approved project must be resubmitted before beginning the , <br /> changes.Amended permit will be issued at the time of approval. <br /> I <br /> 9.It is recommended that property owners of major improvements or new constructfon projects I <br /> request an appointment with the lot improvement committee to review plans and answer any <br /> questions that may arise. <br /> 10.All aqalications submitted must have locations of their cityl well water shutoffs. <br /> As the owner of Lot# , I understand the Lot Improvement Committee and/or the Board of i <br /> Directors will enter the pro erty to follow the external progress of the construction or improvement as <br /> submitted on the Lot Improvement Request. <br />� ALL RTQIIESTS MIIST COMPLY WITH CURRENT REQUIRED PERMITS FROM THE <br /> CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, PAS�O COUNTY, OR STATE OF FLORIDA CURRENT <br /> BUILDING CODES.Al1 permits must be posted visible to the street. <br />� <br /> 1 i � <br /> Lot Owner's Signature Date � <br /> � <br /> _� Page 1 of 4 ' <br /> � <br /> I <br /> � <br /> � <br />
