SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT#16.130.0015 '� PROJECT#16.130.00 EXHIBIT D - SUBCONTRACTOR CONDUCT 1. Subcantractor will not be provided any area to store materials�on or near the jobsite. To the extent that FCG has space for a single storage container, and at the sole election of FCG, FCG may permit Subcontractor to provide an acceptable container/trailer,which FCG may, at any time, require Subcontractor to remove the storage container. To the extent that Subcontractor is permitted to provide a storage container,then: 1.1.Subcontractor hereby grants to FCG the right to access and enter into the storage container without notice. 1.2.Subcontractor shall immediately provide all access information and things to FCG to permit access into the storage container,including any keys to the storage container. 2. Subcontractor will not be provided a staging area for daily material. To the extent that space is available to stage daily materials, and at the sole election of FCG, FCG may permit Subcontractor to have limited and restricted staging area for daily material staging,which FCG may, at any time, may cease to provide to Subcontractor a staging area. 3. Parking is limited to(2)spaces per Subcontractor and will be assigned by FCG 4. Subcontract shall store, protect, and insure salvage material. Subcontractor will not be provided an area to store salvage material. To the extent that space is available to store salvage material, and at the sole election of FCG, FCG may permit Subcontractor to have limited and restricted area to store salvage material,which FCG may, at any time, may cease to provide to Subcontractor an area to store salvage material. 5. Subcontractor must identify in writing, prior to starting any work, a safety person and hislher 24-hour contact information. 6. Subcontractor shall identify in writing, prior to starting any work, an emergency person and hislher 24-hour contact information. 7. Every person on the jobsite because of Subcontractor, including those within Subcontractor's chain of contracts, must sign in daily. 8. Every foreman on the jobsite must provide his/her cell phone number in the sign in boak each day. 9. Every person on the jobsite because of Subcontractor shall wear company shirts with sleeves or sleeved shirts with safety vests, long pants with app�opriate PPE for their role,and an FCG lanyard identifying their name and company. 10. Subcontractor shall never have sole, unaccompanied access to a tenant's unit. 11. Subcontractor shall never have an access key to a tenant's unit. 12. Subcontractors must be accompanied by at least someone from FCG, or someone authorized in writing by FCG, in order#o enter a tenant's unit. 13. Subcontractors shall not speak with tenants or management directly, unless an emergency, and all communication shall be directed through the Superintendent of FCG. 14. Subcontractors shall document any modification to scope or change order item by photograph and submit as back up. Subcontractor shall not be entitled to an increase in the Subcontract Sum or Subcantract Time without FCG's written approval and agreement regarding the Subcontract Sum or Subcontract Time prior to Subcontractor performing any modification or change. 15. Subcontractors shall immediately report in writing any incident involving conflict, property damage, injury or unforeseen canditions to the Superintendent of FCG. 16. SubconVactors shall not fratern¢e with tenants, persons associated with tenants, owners, developers, financiers, syndicators, state agency, management, maintenance, or others associated with or related to the project. 17. Subcontractor shall be present for all deliveries of their trade. 18. Subcontractors shall not use vacant units for any purpose. 19.
