<br /> Chase Apartments (hereinaftee°Praject°}, witich�s locate� in the City of Zephyrt�ilis, C�unty of Pasco, State of FL
<br /> (hereinafter"Property")and is owned by Hallmark Village Chase,LLC (hereinafter"Owner°).
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Undersigned, for itseif, its employees, its subcontractars, sub-subcontractors,
<br /> mechanics, materialmen and laborers, does hereby:

<br /> that the materials and equipment furnished are of good quality and new, and tha#the vuork furnished
<br /> conforms to the requirements of the c�ntract documenfs.

<br /> payment, perFormance, or lien discharge bond issued by Formula Construction Group,LLC and its

<br /> against Formula Construction Group, LLC and its bonding companies and the Owner for labor,

<br /> LLC or the construction project through the billing period for which its application is submitted or the
<br /> date of exec�ation belaw,whichever is later{"Current Date"}.

<br /> materialmen,and laborers,wi#hin the Undersigned's chain of contracts, have been paid and satisfied
<br /> in full for labar, services, material, and equipment furnished as of the Current Date.
