HUI 11111111 $111111111111111111111 II IIII <br /> 2018148862 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1368-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING 7.06.04.01 OF THE LAND <br /> DEVELOPMENT CODE REGULATING LANDSCAPE <br /> BUFFERING AND SCREENING; AMENDING TABLE 7.01.01 OF <br /> THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE REGULATING DENSITY, <br /> AREA,HEIGHT AND BULK REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR <br /> REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the City's interest to update the <br /> Land Development Code from time to time to assure that the Land Development Code adequately <br /> meets the needs of the City <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Part 7.06.04.01, Subsection C, Subsection 2 of the City of Zephyrhills Land <br /> Development Code is hereby amended add the following footnote#1 to the phrase"a fifteen-foot <br /> wide buffer"as follows: <br /> 1. For interior lots within a platted industrial park,the minimal Type B Landscape Buffer <br /> may be reduced to five (5) feet to fit within the minimum ten (10) foot wide setbacks. <br /> All planning and screening requirements of this Section shall remain the same. <br /> SECTION 2. Table 7.01.01 is hereby amended to include the following language to footnote#20: <br /> For internal lots within a platted industrial park: <br /> Rcpt: 1986880 Rec: 18.50 <br /> a. Front setback—Twenty(20) feet DS: 0.00 I T: 0.00 <br /> b. Side setback—Ten(10) feet 08/31/2018 M. F. , Dpty Clerk <br /> c. Rear setback—Ten(10) feet <br /> SECTION 3. Table 7.01.01 of the City of Zephyrhills Land Development Code is further amended <br /> to correct a scrivener's error in footnote #19 (replacing "Cr with "C3"). Footnote#19 to Table <br /> 7.01.01 is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced as follows: <br /> 19. A minimum contiguous area of 800,000 SF which may include water bodies,wetlands <br /> and/or public right-of-way and where both frontages are zoned C3 and/or LI is required to establish <br /> an LI district <br /> SECTION 4. Repealer. <br /> All provisions of the City of Zephyrhills Land Development Code including but not limited to Part <br /> 7.06.04.01 and Table 7.01.01 including footnotes thereto,which are in conflict herewith are hereby <br /> repealed in their entirety. <br /> SECTION 5. Codification. <br /> It is the intent of the City Council that the provisions of this Ordinance be included as revisions <br /> to existing Part 7.06.04.01 and Table 7.01.01 including footnotes thereto of the Land <br /> Development Code. <br /> SECTION 6.
