The 6uilding o�cial shaIl require that an energy perfarmance level(EPI.} display card be comp(eted and certified by fhe buiider to be accurate and cocrect before fina!approval of the building for occupancy.Florida law (Section 553.9085,Florida Statues]requires the EPL display card to be included as an addendum to each sales contract for both presold and nonpresold residential buildings.The EPL disptay card confains information indicating the snergy performance level and e{ficiencies of components installed in a dwelling unit.The buifding o�cia!shail verity that the EPL.display card completed and signed by the builder accurately reflects the plans and specifications submitted to demonstrate compliance for the building.A copy of the EPL display card can be found in Appendix C. � R402.A Air leakage(Mendatory).
