(RED TAG IF <br /> NOT ANCHORED PER PLAN) <br /> 3) All set-backs shall be met. <br /> 4) Shall be set in the rear or side yards. <br /> 5) Only 2 accessory buildings per parcel. <br /> 6) Sheds shall not be rented or inhabited. <br /> 7) Must meet and follow all conditions of ordinance:780-01 <br /> 8) No accessory building shall be larger than 625 sq ft without site-plan approval <br /> 9) Not to exceed 16' in height at peak. <br /> 10) No other work shall be permitted (framing, plumbing, electrical and mechanical) unless <br /> otherwise specified. <br /> 11) Accessory buildings in residential zones that exceed 150 sq ft shall be constructed of <br /> masonry, wood frame, aluminum or vinyl. Aluminum and vinyl shall be residential grade � <br /> and be consistent with existing architecture of the principle building and adjacent <br /> properties. <br /> ! <br />
