<br /> portions af the "contractor Block" af this application for which they will be respansible. If you, as the owner sign as the
<br /> contractor, that may be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not en#itled to permitting privileges in Pasca
<br /> Caunty.
<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMFACTIUTI�ITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned unders#ands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recavery Fees may apply to the constructian of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansion.of existing buildings, as specified in Pasca County Ordinance numbe�89-07 and
<br /> 90-07, as amerided. The undersigned also uriderstands, that such fees, as may be due, will be identified at the time of

<br /> licensed by the State of Flarida.
<br /> - If the fill material is ta be used in Flood Zone "A° in connection with a permifted building using stem wal(
