<br /> TRANSPORTATION IMFACTIUTI�ITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned unders#ands
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recavery Fees may apply to the constructian of new buildings, change of
<br /> use in existing buildings, or expansion.of existing buildings, as specified in Pasca County Ordinance numbe�89-07 and
<br /> 90-07, as amerided. The undersigned also uriderstands, that such fees, as may be due, will be identified at the time of
