RERECORD to amend Final Public Hearing Date IIll!111111111 IIIII 11111 <br /> 2018203446 <br /> ORDINANCE NO.: 1373-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 2018-2019 <br /> FISCAL YEAR. <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida,adopted a tentative budget <br /> in the amount of Fifty-Nine Million Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty- <br /> Seven Dollars and No Cents($59,433,367). <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has scheduled a Public <br /> Hearing and timely advertised,according to law,a Public Hearing on the budget rate for the purpose <br /> of receiving input from the general public and the purpose of answering any and all questions prior to <br /> the adoption of any measure by this governingbody pertaining thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida has concluded the Public <br /> Hearing and considered all comments. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, <br /> Florida, sitting in regular session that: <br /> 1. The proposed budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year for the municipality of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills is hereby adopted in the amount of Fifty-Nine Million Four Hundred <br /> Thirty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and No Cents <br /> ($59,433,367). <br /> 2.
