Purchase Agreement (Page 2) Barnhardt Construction LLC. propose to perform the above scope of work in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth for the sum o£ $115,800 The client will pay for the site survey,design,engineering,materials,and labor either with a check,credit card,financing,or through property tax assessments(PACE.)if you the client cancels before the execution of this project. All sums not paid when due shall earn interest at the rate of 1%per month.Contractor shall be entitled to recover all costs of collection,including attorney's fees if contractor is not paid.The terms and conditions set forth above and attached notices are a part of this proposal and contract. This proposal may be revised or withdrawn by us if not accepted within 15 days and is subject to price change if customer requests material not be delivered or invoiced within 30 days.Customer has three days right of rescission to change their mind and cancel for whatever reason they choose.If the customer chooses financing,then the customer must provide Barnhardt Construction LLC with proof of financing from an acceptable source.The customer agrees that if they use financing,Barnhardt Construction LLC is permitted to make a first draw if they choose to. The financing company that the customer uses must pay Setup My Solar in full after installation of the solar panels.Barnhardt Construction LLC. is not responsible for the customer's financial arrangements.The customer hereby acknowledges that Barnhardt Construction LLC does not provide financial or tax advice and the customer should seek their own tax accountants for advice on qualifying for possible tax credits and tax benefits. Warranty; Barnhardt Construction LLC. will warrant our workmanship, stating that all components have been installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines, and according to the engineered plans and local building codes and requirements,for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.The solar panels come with a manufactures warranty of 25 years and the inverters come with a 25 year warranty as well. Roof leaks: Barnhardt Construction LLC.warrants that we will repair any roof leaks that result from the installation of the solar system for a period of 10 years. Insurance; Barnhardt Construction LLC. carries General Liability&Workman's comp insurance policies in the amount of lmm each with a lmm umbrella as well. Barnhardt Construction LLC. warrants that all employees will be covered by our insurance policy and our clients will have no liability for accidents that occur on our jobsites.
