O 'Neil, Ph.D. <br /> ORDINANCE NO.: 1375-19 Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller <br /> AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING TABLE 2.02.01 <br /> (ALLOWABLE USES IN ZONING DISTRICTS) OF THE LAND <br /> DEVELOPMENT CODE; REPEALING SECTION 2.02.07 (LAND <br /> USES ALLOWED WITHIN THE TRADITIONAL CITY CENTER) <br /> OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING FOR <br /> REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that it is in the City's interest to update the <br /> Land Development Code from time to time to assure that the Land Development Code adequately <br /> meets the needs of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the Land Development Code to create a <br /> clear, understandable, unified and effective document that better aids in the development and use <br /> of property in compliance with the goals, objectives and policies expressed in the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. <br /> Land Development Code Table 2.02.01 (Allowable Uses in Zoning Districts) is hereby <br /> amended as reflected in Exhibit"A" attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2. <br /> Land Development Code Section 2.02.07(Land Uses Allowed Within the Traditional City <br /> Center)is hereby repealed in its entirety including the reference to Table 2.02.01. <br /> SECTION 3. <br /> Land Development Code Table 2.02.02(Allowable Building Types in the Traditional City <br /> Center)is hereby repealed in its entirety. The contents of Table 2.02.02 have been included in the <br /> amended Table 2.02.01 adopted in Section 1, above. <br /> SECTION 4. Repealer. <br /> All provisions of the City of Zephyrhills Land Development Code including but not limited <br /> to Table 2.02.01 including footnotes thereto, which are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed in <br /> their entirety. <br /> SECTION 5. Codification. <br /> It is the intent of the City Council that the provisions of this Ordinance be included as <br /> revisions to existing Table 2.02.01 including footnotes thereto of the Land Development Code. <br /> SECTION 6.
