<br /> TRANSPORTATION.IMPACT/UTILITIES IIMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands:
<br /> that Transportation Impact Fees aiid Recourse:Recovery.Fees may apply to`the construction of new buildings, change-of
