<br /> agreed as follows:
<br /> 1. Buyer shalt-pay to Setter the total listed price.on reverse'-side_of,this contract for.the..work described.herein.
<br /> )aymerit of balance shalt.be,made to Seller bythe Buyer upon completion,"unless otherwise specified. Any failure to
<br /> lay within three (3)days after completion of work, excluding--Sundays and Hotidays_shatl be considered-a default and
<br /> tiller shalt.be�entitled to recover'the full.amount of the-trivoice plus interest (finance.charge)at.the-rate of.1 1/2%per
<br /> honth.(18%perarinum)until the contract.price is paid-in full. In the event it becomes necessary-'for Setter to take,
<br /> otlectiowaction, Setter agrees to pay all.costs of collections-including,reascinable attorney's.fees.

<br /> ghts:of a secured party, as;thes6me:is defined under the Florida Uniform Commercial Code, and:that said rights shalt
<br /> cumulative and in addition to any other rights,which Setter-may havL-in accordance:with_Florida Law.
<br /> 2. A;Cancetlation Fee based on 10%of the Cash Price niay be charged or deducted from the Paid Dow, °Payment
<br /> ion notice of,the.Buyers intent.-to cancel this contract prior to-commencement of work by Setter. No Refund.on

<br /> 3.-Setter agrees to:furnish all necessaN'tabor and materials to construct the improvements described herein as per
<br /> specifications and drawings,if any, shown on_the reverse,side. Setter further warrants aft materials will be as
<br /> =cified and that all work Witt be-cornpleted.in:a workmanlike:'manner according to industry standard practices.
<br /> 4. Buyer is'tiabte for all lost, stolen, or.damaged material delivered--and.placed on.Buyers jobsite whether
<br /> orporated'in the-fence or not, unless:damage_is caused by Sellers negligence.
<br /> 5. Buyer'represents and warrants that.he/she is the'owner of the property or-an:Authorized.Representative-, or
<br /> ;nt Representing the Owner, Business or'Organization'listed on reverse.side and'that part of.the improvements
<br /> fr o for by th:e owner includes the work.d- cribed herein.
