It is the carrier's responsibility to ensure compliance to the <br /> structural limitations of the existing and/or proposed antenna mounts. TEP did not analyze <br /> antennas supporting mounts as part of this structural analysis report. <br /> 7) The tower leg reinforcement plates from 0-ft to 150-ft were not considered structurally in this <br /> analysis due to missing information regarding the modification details and no PMI having been <br /> performed on the modifications. <br /> 8) The existing base plate grout was not considered in this analysis. <br /> tnxTower Report-version 7.0.5.1 <br />
